About ASIATOX

ASIATOX, the conference once in every 3 years, has promoted by Asian Society of Toxicology since 1997. Until now, it had been already hosted in Japan (1997), Korea (2000), Thailand (2003) and China (2006). This time, ASIATOX-V will be held in Taipei, Taiwan from September 10th (Thursday), 2009 through September 13th, 2009 (Sunday).

The main theme of ASIATOX-V will include “Interactions and Impacts of Gene and Drugs, Foods, Chemicals, and Environment: What are the Major Problems in Asia?” to encourage the participation of toxicologists from various research fields. Under the main theme, the following issues have been raised and will be presented and discussed in ASIATOX-V.
