Please note that abstracts for both oral and poster presentations should be submitted prior to May 1, 2009. Submitting abstracts before registration and payment is allowed. However, abstracts without registration and payment will not be included in the abstract book. Applicants must follow these guidelines
The payment system will be opened at June 1, 2009. Please save your data and information before you exit our registration system.

Before submitting the abstract, please fill out the abstract form and send it herewith the abstract. The received abstract without abstract form will not be acceptable. The photo copies of abstract form can be used. The abstract form enclosed herewith.

The abstract should be typed in English, single-spaced in Times New Roman font 12,
with A4 size (21cm*29.7cm). Use bold-faced and capitalized font type for the title. Full names of all authors should be listed without degrees and titles and the presenting author should be underlined. Presenter's address should be included. An example of a correctly typed abstract is given herein.

Tables, charts and photographs are not acceptable as part of the abstract.

Abstracts can be submitted on-line at our on-line registration system. Please register before you submit your abstract!
Authors will be notified of the status for their submitted abstracts together with certain information/instructions for presentation by e-mail no later than June 1, 2009

Notification of late breaking abstract acceptance will be sent by e-mail no later than July 1, 2009
