  .Terms of Payment
  30% down payment after signing the contract; remaining 70% paid by August 15, 2009.
   
  .Cancellation Policy
  A. 2/3 of deposit can be refunded if the cancellation is made on or before July 15, 2009.
 

B.

No refund will be made if the cancellation is made after July 16, 2009.
  C. Every exhibitor can book more than one booth. All exhibit booths start from September 10 through September 13, 2009 (throughout the whole main progress). Early dismantling of the exhibit booths is not allowed and will affect your opportunities as a future exhibitor in ASIATOX International Congress.
