Participants can register for the Congress in advance by :
1. On-line registration
 
 
The payment system will be opened at June 1, 2009. Please save your data and information before you exit our registration system.
2. On-site registration
  You will need to have your registration payment receipt with you in
order to receive your package of Congress documents.

 

 Please try to register as early as possible to avoid last minute
congestion.

*Note: If the registration fee was paid by credit card, the actual cost will be calculated by foreign exchange of US$ to TW$ according to the rate decided by the committee. (Exchange rate: TW$ 35 to US$ 1, March, 2009).

A:

Registration fee for delegate or student cover entry to all scientific events and exhibition at the venue, congress documents, program / abstract booklet, lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception.

　

B:

Students must send the photocopy of valid institution ID card with their advisor signed on the registration form.

C:

The accompanying person registration fee cover entry to exhibition at the venue, welcome reception. Accompanying persons are spouses or family members who wish to participate in all congress activities; except the scientific program, lunch and coffee breaks at the venue.

D:

Full registration does not include accommodation but a selection of options will be advised in the next circular. Accommodation will be booked through Conference Service (Enjoy International Conference Company).

  Payment must be made by SWIFT Transfer. All payments must be made in US dollars only and the transfer fee will be paid by yourself.

 Cancellation and Refund
 
   Delegates may refund their registration fee in writing by letter or fax to the ASIATOX V Secretariat no later than August 01, 2009. An administration charge of 25% will be deducted from registration fee if the cancellation requested is received before August 10, 2008. No refund on cancellation will be made after this date.
